In recent times we are used to disturbances in and around Toulouse due to strikes and anti-government demonstrations, but one incident in Toulouse this week led to widespread strikes, including air traffic controllers, throughout Italy. From 3pm to 5pm yesterday many Italian workers had their eyes glued on Toulouse - as Italy played Sweden in the Euro 2016 tournament. True to many of the matches this time they could have taken action just for the last 5 minutes, as Italy scored the only goal in the 88th minute.
