21st June marks the beginning of summer in France (about time!) as well as the summer solstice - though that is actually today, 20th, as it is a leap year. And it is celebrated with a music festival, featuring concerts and spectacles throughout the land. Exhaustive researches by Taglines editors have found few local events publicised, though in the Place de Capitole in Toulouse there is a televised spectacular, in the Place Vigan in Albi there is a giant screen and DJ's, Gaillac is holding a "Gaillac's Got Talent" show.
