Firstly many thanks for the doctor recommendations.
Frogs - we have a pond with frogs, they do get noisy & as we also have a gite with serenity assured each spring we cut down on the noise levels by going at night armed with a flashlight & net, under the beam they freeze like a rabbit caught in a headlight, easy to scoop the offenders out with the net, into a container with a lid & down to the river in the morning.
This year I see a grass snake is helping as well.

Hi Val, there are two excellent lady doctors who speak good English close to us. Dr Sanabria practices at the Parisot medical centre and Dr Erhel at the Caylus medical centre.
