He took it out on the dog

A soldier at who worked with a military dog at Montauban barracks had a row with his partner in a third floor apartment. He threw his partner up against a wall and he threw his dog out of the window.
The dog was badly injured. The soldier has been accused of violence against his partner and an act of  cruelty against an animal.
