Book now for next year

If you fancy a cookery course at the Cafe Bras in Rodez book now as the twice monthly sessions are fully taken until February. Every other Saturday chef Christophe Chaillou welcomes a small group of enthusiasts for a day of hints and tips to help make the most of the dishes proposed that day. Each course has a theme which centres on seasonal products. Students make the dishes and then share them à table.
