Drop-in classes

Hi everyone,
Following a number of requests I've decided to change the format from an eight week programme to 'drop-in classes'. This means you can come as and when you wish. See testimonials below...

The workshops will consists of deep relaxation techniques and creative visualisation/hypnosisIssues covered will be sleep problems; energy management; menopause; goals and desires; stress and anxiety...
Location: Bonbousquet, Les Cabannes. Near Cordes-sur-Ciel. (see map below).  
Commencement dateEach consecutive Monday.
Time: 10.45 for 11.00 start.
Duration: 1 hour.

Clothing: Wear warm and comfortable clothing. Blankets and mats provided.
