Equality of men and women: a depressing study

A study by the World Economic Forum reckons that at present rates of progress it will be 2186 before women are equal to men in all major respects; income, employment, health, political emancipation and education.
We westerners think that we are top of the list, but in fact France comes 17th (of 144 surveyed), Britain 20th and the USA 45th. Rwanda is 5th and Nicaragua 10th. The Nordic countries predictably top the list, but in Iceland which is number one, women are urged to stop work at 14h38, as they say that is all they are paid for in a day.
France on the positive side is ranked top for women in health and education services, as opposed to 61st for women in top jobs.
The pessimistic side of the report is that we seem to be going backwards as two years ago the gap would have been closed by 2133.
