Speed limits under fire

The motorway network around Toulouse (A61/A62/A68/A64) may have its speed limits reduced from 130kph to 110kph on sections near the city. In a move to reduce pollution as part of a Atmosphere Protection Plan the idea has been mooted, but may require national government approval.
