You cannot help them all, but you can help some.

The Rehoboth Evangelical centre has holiday makers booked in for easter. The government has rented the centre till March 14 th.
So where will the seventeen refugees go who are awaiting their asylum papers?
They should move on to another CADA, a reception centre where asylum seekers fill in papers and wait, learning about France and learning the language.
The problem is the CADA's are full.
There is a strong possibility that we will be able to house the refugees ourselves backed by the prefecture.( they would have paid for housing in CADA's)
We will know for certain in the middle of February if we can do this but we need to have a plan in place to offer up to the government if need be.
Malc and I can offer 4 places and various other friends can offer 2.
It may be short term, perhaps 3 months, as some of the young people will want to move to cities when they get their papers.
We feel we want to set the group on their way in life and for a short period the effort will be worth it.
If you live in the area and could offer accommodation for a period, all within the area with payment, please contact me. I think we would prefer if possible to have two young men together, rather than someone on their own.
