Joyce Clench was very involved in the life of the area with partner David putting on exhibitions of art work all of their time here. Joyce was also an avid " bouliste" and if you were allocated Joyce as your partner when playing boules you were always in with a chance. Brother in law Tudor was often on a winning team on a Friday afternoon when teamed with Joyce. Actually Tudor is not bad whoever he plays with.
