What the refuges face

A refuge already full at Torques in Calvados has to try and house then rehome these lovely dogs. The owner a lady who lived in an apartment had kept them 6 months hoping to rehome them without success.!! One hopes she has now had her dog sterilised.
This is the sort of problem  bursting refuges have to face... and would you like to be the vet who puts to sleep dogs like this.
Get your dog or cat sterilised. The refuges are full to overflowing.
