The majority want to live in peace, harmony and tolerance, a small minority do not

Hello Val and Malcolm,
I can relate very much to the comments from Irena-Marie.  I too feel I don't
really belong anywhere. My paternal grandfather came over to England as a young
boy, fleeing (like thousands of others) from the pogroms in Lithuania. He spoke
no English, clutching a scrap of paper with the name of a relative living in
Sunderland. My maternal grandfather similarly had to flee from Poland,
eventually setting up as a photographer in Manchester, before setting up a
printing business in Birmingham. It's terrible to see that conflicts still exist
in E. Europe. Will men never learn to live together in peace?
