Now these dogs were in the care of the SPA at Tarbes. I have had an appeal on TAG about this refuge at Tarbes sent by dog lover Sally Clegg. The refuge had 50 dogs over the limit so they needed to euthanize these 50. In the transporting 24 dogs died and more died later. What an absolute disgrace and what lack of care and humanity. I hope the person responsible faces some serious charges... but I would not hold my breath!
