Sarah is relieved to have Athos back

Three months ago TAG had an email about a dog needing a home, that dog was Athos. Sarah and partner had just bought a house in France and at the same time spotted Athos  as a dog needing  a home on posters around St. Antonin. Sarah went back to England but had a feeling that she would have loved to have Athos in their new life. She started trawling the net for information about the area and found TAG and what was one of the posts on TAG but information about Athos. Sarah contacted Maeva and convinced her that she was serious, she wanted Athos but not for 3 months.
A couple of weeks ago Sarah and partner moved to SW France and Athos went to his new home.
The story did not end there as Athos, a bit of an escape artist stayed a few days and then escaped through a hole in the fence. He did go back home but a couple of days later he repeated the escape. I got a message to put on TAG from Maeva to ask everyone to look out for Athos who lived in the area of Varen ( where we live ) and it works out this new couple  have bought Arrie and Corries house, a Dutch couple at St. Martiel, practically round the corner from us. Maeva as well as telling TAG had put the details of  Athos on www.chienperdu.org and practically straight  away a French man between Castanet and Parisot contacted Maeva to say he had the dog, feed him and he was safe.( 25kms away)
Sarah was very relieved to get him back and will keep him on the lead if he is outside now.
Maeva who I have never met then popped round to introduce herself and what a sweetie she is.
Sarah phoned up and we arranged she and partner would come for a coffee and then we can find out the name of her partner!
Maeva then posed for this photo much against her will, but I am persuasive.
