Malc went out driving around the " coin" to discover two dirty, hungry, remorseful dogs sitting waiting at Cazelles' cross. This is one of our frequent walks where we park the car and once before when they had escaped we found them waiting there. They are now safely home but we never know if we should chastise them or hug them!
Cazelles' cross has a special meaning for us as when Daisy our Westie died we mentally took her spirit there and told her to wait for us at that spot. The plan is to scatter our ashes (come the time in the very distant future) by that cross roads of the tiny road set in magnificent scenery. We laughed through our sadness telling Daisy to stay there ! when did Daisy ever do what she was told?
