Is it always this easy?

Hi Val
We lost our e mail and telephone line a week ago last Thursday.
Telecom came on Friday saying the line was OK and maybe we would be reconnected Friday or Monday.
On Monday I rang the English Orange help line just to remind them. They phoned me back on my mobile and very patiently talked me through the process to reconnect the internet.
That same day, some technicians were working on the outside line, came to the house and the phone was working perfectly too.
The following day I received a text message to confirm that all was well and everything was working as it should be.
Thursday morning, while I was out, I received a phone call on my mobile from the patient man who had helped me restore my internet connection, asking if everything was satisfactory and if I had any other queries.
I was so impressed with the service I thought I would like to share the fact.
Who says life is difficult in France??
Well done to Orange!
