I have just been packing up the car ready to take books early to Sautou to set up, and bemoaning the fact that I only have books for the English contingency. I worried Malc by having a mental throw back to seroius bookselling years by saying, " if anyone has any French books I will buy them and sell them for more to make my stand look good," Malc looked at me in horror. It was only a joke dear!
In serious bookselling around the world a good book could start off on one stand at the beginning of the Fair and end up being sold four or five stands further down the line for double the price. Gosh, those were the days. Anyway all the above is a reminder to come and support me at Sautou. I may be wearing a hat saying " Read Tag with the web details"
