Nous sommes le jeudi quinze septembre

The gardens have had the needed rain and just for a few days we are glad of lower temperatures to "souffler un peu" as the French say.

Thank you to all who are offering household items for the new intake of refugees coming to Bruniquel in October. We are being offered so much it restores one's faith in human nature.
The plan now is to see what is brought to the open day tomorrow and then afterwards we can see what we are still needing.
We have two of our boys arriving today to come and give us some help for a few days, and of course Hujat is going to be living on site in his new paid position as language aid and helper.
We have a pick-up tonight of tables, chairs and armoire ready for delivery tomorrow. Four houses is a lot to organise, but we can do it.
