No, not here but in Paris. The mairie has asked car users to leave their private cars at home and find other ways to get about. Even on Sunday there is public transport in the capital. There is Autolib and Velolib, car sharing and even walking. Some guinea pigs have tried it for a week with various degrees of success. As we are carless this weekend we can report that it's not so simple in rural Tarn and Garonne.
