The torn shirt affair

Last October a meeting of Air France managers and union representatives was invaded by militants and resulted in two managers fleeing the building with their shirts torn from their backs.
Eleven men are being prosecuted in court in Bobigny, near Paris, for their part in the affair. But so far None of the men admit they had anything to do with the violence nor can the victims identify their aggressors. The accused men say they had to knock down a fence  to prevent being crushed but deny any violence. Video evidence shows the managers escaping in humiliating circumstances, but the only eye witnesses are the security guards who have identified some of the aggressors and one man has admitted pushing someone down which caused a manager to fall.
Prosecutors are ironizing that the events undisputedly happened, but no-one did anything wrong. The case continues.
