Nous sommes le samedi seize avril

A gorgeous morning after a tremendous storm overhead last night. Blue sky from wall to wall... and lots of gardening waiting to be done.
The plant fair in St. Antonin tomorrow but the better fayre I think in Laguepie next Sunday. We  were always told when we arrived here that  this weekend was too early to put out plants, after the Laga fair you would be safe from frost.
Anyway tomorrow a group of us are having stalls at the VIDE GRENIER in Verfeil to raise money for refugees. We have some really good stuff going so if you like vide greniers then you need to be there. I am arriving at 8 am to set up.
For us a bit more excitement as many of our refugees are descending on us for 10 days, they miss us all and they miss each other, separated as they are sometimes on their own awaiting news of asylum applications.
Mas del Sol is a brilliant place to come and regenerate energies and re establish bonds which as families are lost or dead is so essential. Everyone is rallying around with offers of food and lifts etc.
A respite for them from institutionalised rooms, nightmares and their natural fears.
In an ideal world many would have counselling, but this is the best we can offer... and it will lift spirits.

Hope you have got your tickets for the concert at Puycelci
