Looking for somewhere to take those visitors? No visitors and wanting some good company? Either way don't forget folk'n'jazz will be celebrating its first birthday on Thursday this week (25th) with an evening of music and song at Parisot Chateau. The chateau courtyard will be a splendid location and should this lovely weather break there is an indoor back up plan!
As always there will be a packed programme provided by a growing band of local singers and musicians ( English, Dutch and French) with maybe a few surprises as well. The compere this month will be Trevor and anyone wanting to perform should contact him before the start of the evening at 8 pm and preferably earlier in the week on folkjazz82@outlook.com or phone 05 63 67 93 35.
You will need to bring your own drinks and chairs and 2euros per person. There is a large car park in Parisot ( opposite the Auberge de Castille) and the chateau is a short stroll away, just take the road signposted to the belvedere, carry straight on and you can't miss the chateau ( it is a chateau after all!) . The entertainment starts at 8pm sharp so arrive early to get settled.
