As well as flu jabs yesterday morning Malc had his annual blood test. Electing to receive the results by email we were astonished to receive a report by later that afternoon. A copy was sent to our GP at the same time.
Fortunately there was nothing unusual in the results, except that having been suffering from a gastro and severe pains for 18 hours the report showed a build up of a marker showing inflammation somewhere in the body. Presumably linked cause and effect, but it will help GP to pinpoint the problem. Happily all seems OK today.
