Our new Prime Minister

Even smart in a padded jacket: picture from GQ
Following the resignation of Manuel Valls, Bernard Cazeneuve has been named as Prime Minister. With only months to go to the next Presidential election Cazeneuve has little time to make his mark.
During the last four years he has served in all major government departments, including Europe, Finance, Foreign and Internal affairs so has a good knowledge of all its workings.
A close ally of Hollande he is one of the few leading politicians not to be educated at ENA, France's most prestigious higher education establishment A lawyer and former mayor of Cherbourg, Cazeneuve was chosen as France's best dressed man by GQ magazine and despite his lack of height (only 1.67m) joked that at least he could look at Sarkozy eye-to-eye, without heels.
