I have just had a phone call from the Post Office at Varen where a French lady asked if I could give her the name of someone who at the beginning of July would go for a fee and house sit her cat. Not an onerous task I would have thought.
I have said I would send Malc into the PO tomorrow morning( I am out) with a list of local catteries, although the lady does want someone feeding the cat in the house. Is there anyone living in the village who could do this for her? and she is in the PO tomorrow morning. If you live nearby just offering to feed it, one would have thought to be enough.
