The sun was up early as was I, the sun rising and filtering through the leaves of the pretty lime tree in the courtyard, was just beautiful. I was on my way to feed the outside cats in the barn and hesitated, do I go for my phone / camera and try and capture it? The cats needs won through and I went to stroke and feed the pair instead.
The donkeys were dry this morning the first time in days and they looked happier than they have... a wet donkey is not a pretty sight, dejected with ears low. Impossible to brush when wet, today I must spend an hour with them brushing and cuddling, not a hardship.
Tonight, early evening we will be at the Jardin de Quercy between Varen and Verfeil enjoying their music event.
