The four matches in Euro 2016 at Toulouse (also at Marseilles) have attracted thousands of fans and the hotels, B&Bs and gites have seen lots of interest in the vicinities. Most noticeable, apparently, is the explosion of properties being offered on the private letting site AirBnB. But unsurprisingly private owners have not let the chance of an increase in prices go by and as with the hotels are charging a big premium for properties close to the stadia. But supporters are still convinced that it is a good option and pretty well all properties are fully let. Mas del Sol is just a bit too far away - though with train tickets at 1 euro and a station 10 minutes distant perhaps we have missed a trick in not letting the gite!!
