How are you?

My father’s staying with us in Lisle-sur-Tarn. He’s not sure right now if its indefinitely or not (its not been the same for him living in the UK since my Mom died a few years ago). Anyway he wants to join local activity groups – he enjoys walking, eager to learn French, maybe art – things with people who are enjoying themselves, not taking life too seriously. Do any of your readers know where I can start to get things moving for him? Preferably around the Gaillac area…

Also he needs to find somewhere to stay (one room with kitchenette and bathroom) from 18^thJune until 26^th June. He’s interested in Gaillac or Corde-sur-Ciel. Again I’m looking for ideas or anyone who can help.

For walking he should join Gaillac Rando. They are a lovely bunch of people and walk four times a week, anything from 5km to 25 km and have outings and weekends away as well.
