Those electric collars one can buy to train dogs, I am not keen on but some friends swear by them. To read in the Depeche that a couple had been using them on their two and four year old girls, makes the mind boggle. The father has been sent to prison and the children are now with foster families.
Then you wonder why some people grow up damaged!
