You may remember me proudly boasting of my warm duck filled puffa coat bought at Jaeger in Henley in the winter sale. Worn three times and then the full length zip just stopped working. I phoned the shop and I could tell when they identified the coat instantly that this was not the first complaint. I had a choice in the end of my money back or repair. I went for repair but did despairingly think I would not get the coat back for the cold spell. Well blow me down with a duck feather, 10 days later the coat is back with a very sturdy new zip in and my postage refunded. Now that is what I call service.
