Jean et Nicole Gressier un couple de présidents

A couple who originated from the North of France but have made Varen and Le Riols their home. Jean Gressier used to work at Lafarge till he retired and is now the President of the chasse in Varen. His wife Nicole has just taken over from Joseph  Auriel as President of the L'Ambience Riolaise which has 250 members.
The couple who love the area now are also proud of their "Ch'tis backgrounds and as it says in the Depeche  " merci aux Ch'tis  "hein"   Apparently people from the North say  " hein" a lot.
When I have more time I will track the couple down for an interview, should be interesting reading. We see Jean often up our lane when the chasse is in season
