In the Maire's bulletin for Varen it says to silence rumours " pour faire taire les rumeurs" Beatrice at Creation B would not be closing and would be open as normal all summer.
I met Nicole Cere this morning hurrying to the hairdressers and she told me that now it was definite, Beatrice will be closing. Nicole who is married to Michou the Maire's first adjoint knows pretty much everything about the village.
She tells me that there is always a chance of finding someone else to take over the salon. It would be a shame if the village lost " la coiffeuse"
