Whilst we were out working in the garden today, two men drove up in a white van. They had a cute little terrier dog on a piece of string. They had been watching it for two days playing near them on the road and were worried it was going to get knocked over. The men are going to be new neighbours in that they will soon be living on the Varen to Verfeil road, just at the bottom of our lane up to Mas del Sol.
They have bought a ruined farm which has been for sale for years, you know the one that is directly on to the passing road. It had an old cart in the barn which you could see. We thought we had seen people working there.
I called neighbours Magali and Julie over to see if they knew the dog, but they did not. We did all agree we took a liking to the young men being so kind and concerned about the little dog.
