Re neighbour problem:
In answer to JT, let me say that the neighbours here have also sent us a
recorded delivery letter complaining that when we put the lights on in the house
in the evening, it is 'unacceptable' because it reflects into their house. Let
me add that their house is at the bottom of our long garden of 4000m2. The
neighbour the other side has since told me that this same crazy neighbour also
called the gendarmes to their house twice. Normal neighbour? I think not.
