It is really interesting that food is now being withdrawn throughout France for mislabelling horse as beef , the latest being products served by Flunch. You know all the comments about us Brits making a fuss, well can you believe the French are also not very happy paying beef prices for horse products and the firm Spanghero at Castelnaudry is often mentioned in this regard.
