Les illuminations de Noel / the christmas lights are up and sparkling in Toulouse. A late evening in Toulouse now needed to enjoy the atmosphere. Unless you are in the "bah! humbug" group.
Why not consider going to a Christmas concert. Mark Opstad with his Maitrise Choir School will be giving a concert in the Basilique Saint Sernin at 20 hrs on the 20th of Dec. Entry is free.
