Do not think of going to Ikea at Toulouse at school holiday times but a few friends and I made a visit yesterday and it was really quiet, had breakfast coffee, croissant and glass of orange juice for one euro and away we went, no crowds no fuss.
If you are buying drinking glasses for Christmas make sure you take each one out and check it is not broken. I did not and they do not work out to be so cheap when one has a broken base.
