Jardins de Quercy at Cambou

These really are beautiful gardens and we were there tonight to celebrate the "rendezvous au jardins"
Lots of French friends were there but only a couple of English.
The evening had a group called " Ragadoc" singing melodies based on Indian rhythms. The group moved around the garden and we were meant to follow. For some this was easy, for Malc being disabled it was not.
Alain one of the gardens owners was very helpful trying to find simpler routes for us without steps.
To be honest the music was a bit too esoteric for us but I am sure was being enjoyed by others.
We love these gardens and will go back again and again  and walk the paths Malc can manage.
If you love gardens and gardening these are a MUST to visit.
A funny incident where I met someone who follows my posts on facebook. The French lady thought I was a man called Val and black to boot! She looked quite disappointed with me being a white elderly lady.
My profile picture is the back end of two donkeys, perhaps it is time to change!!
