I have mentioned before that I would like to add another charity to our list and I am at last getting feedback and ideas of other charities readers would like to support.
The charity below has the support of one reader whose husbands life was saved by a bone marrow transplant and she knows what a worthwhile charity it is
It is called AGMOMP (really catchy title eh???) and it is a charity set
up to support all the patients who are being cared for in the two wards
of the blood cancer unit in Purpan Hospital. Here is a link to their
website -
http://www.agmomp.fr/
They make a great deal of difference to the lives of patients (and their
families) who are suffering serious disease and have to spend a long
time in hospital.

Another reader who spends a lot of money on advertising on TAG suggests the charities below
How about the Alzheimer's Community Centre in Montauban (opp the Crematorium almost) where I handed over 2k + after Sylvia died - when I ran the Toulouse Marathon. They are always in need of funds, and help people with families who are in need. The people go there to sing, dance, paint etc. I can get the details if it's of interest.
Or another dear to our heart is the Whale & Dolphin Conservation Society, which we sponsor a Orca and have a monthly dd to. David Shepherd Foundation - helps all manner of wild animals, which, if we are not careful, will be no longer and future generations won't know what they are.
My tuppenny worth, for what it's worth!
Good luck
Kx
Val says - how about if I give each of these charities a post and everyone ticks the charity which would be their choice, the most ticks for enjoyed would then win.
It will have to be done later today as the blacksmith is arriving very soon to cut the donkeys hooves / sabots
