A cacophony of braying has me dropping the iron and rushing to the window

The ironing has piled up and must be done before going out to lunch but watching the donkeys' antics even separated by a fence is interesting. They all took it upon themselves a few minutes ago to stand together braying, it was like a braying competition which then set the dogs off barking. The little boy Coco was the only one showing aggression, turning and kicking out like a " whirling dervish", a Persian twirling dance.
It is odd how the smaller the animal is in the group, the more it wants to be leader. I am thinking of Daisy our Westie and Napoleon!
