In the Ramier area of Montauban the dog and cat refuge will open its doors to welcome you . The refuge is run by the SPA. Dogs and cats found straying from around the area end up here, the ones that are not chipped or tattooed are offered for adoption and after a certain period if not offered a home are euthanased
