Latest radars deployed at Toulouse

In a move to reduce motorists speed - the cause of 26% of road accidents - unmarked police cars are patrolling the area, including the Toulouse rocade. They have cameras mounted discreetly in the front bumper and take photos without flash. They don't stop offenders, but issue a  ticket just like the fixed radars.
