The rather chilly weather reminds us that EU expats are now entitled to claim for winter fuel payments.
£100 per pensioner, so £200 per household. Older pensioners may claim for earlier years in some circumstances.
Most of you will have done this already, but if not you have until March 31st 2013. You can download a form at
