Not so intensive care

In LUCAS (cardiac icu) in CH Albi since Friday I was foolish (or wise) enough to invest 3 euros for a TV to watch France-England yesterday. Most of the depressing match for me was in the company of nurses whose mood swang from resignation to euphoria as the news was passed to others outside the door. I was assured that a whites victory would not have affected my treatment, which has been excellent despite the w/e.
I was allowed to get up from bed for a few hours this morning, so perhaps les Bleus helped.
