Motorists leaving the A62 from Toulouse to join the Montauban rocade (by-pass) will come to a multi booth wide peage station, but once paid and passed through they find that the road reduces to one lane, which at peak times can lead to long delays. Studies have suggested that it may be the worst bottleneck on French motorways.
Many of you will be familiar with this and may suggest using the N20 or, as we do, the A68 via Gaillac and Cordes to reach St Antonin and area. Any thoughts?
