Strangely enough yesterday I wondered if the murder of the 19 year old student at Airbus in Toulouse would ever be solved. So it was with relief I read this morning a suspect has been charged.
Maureen Jacquier's death affected us as she was found by her father in terrible circumstances when he arrived with other family members on a visit. His distress was easy to understand.
It is now 4 months since the murder and the suspect is a 25 year old man who was a colleague at Airbus.
Innocent till proven guilty, but I hope for the family enough evidence will confirm the guilt of the suspect and the family can then feel justice for their young " light of their life" whose life was so cruelly taken.
