Making hay whilst the sun shines

Malc has been gardening all day, I spent the afternoon planting and fencing and the pets... well they were fighting over a rat. It was Max, the best ratter's catch. Bonny and the other three cats were so jealous. By the time I found them all in a bunch they were  all eyeing the dead rat and Max was licking his whiskers after devouring the back end. Really it is best not to know what dreadful things they eat, fluffy tasty bunnies  one can understand but the back end of a rat.ugh!
