We left the village on a frosty misty morning and before we got very far we saw two lovely deer standing as though they owned the roadside field. On our way back took courage and drove through the Forest of Sivens and passed two eco warriers trudging with large packs on their backs, then gendarmes in their mini bus and finally lots of chasseurs with both orange jackets and guns. When we reached Puycelsi there was a Gendarme communication van in the place.
So we are guessing that life is back to normal whether for better or worse we will have to see
