Remember the iconic TV series from the 70's (Yosser "gis a job" Hughes et al)? The boys were resurfacing roads but selling "surplus" tarmac to unwary householders and resurfacing drives badly, cash, no comebacks. Well it seems that either they have been very busy around Albi, or they could help out with the by-pass there. The opening of the dual carriageway has been delayed from Friday until next week due a shortage of asphalt (goudron). Allegedly this is due to a strike in the centres of production. So the delays on the rocade continue.
