Dear Val,
I've just returned from a shopping trip to Simply in St Antonin. As I paid at the check-out I noticed a sign saying that Simply would be close it's doors 'definitivement' on Saturday 10th May.
Do any Taglines readers know what is happening? Has there been a take-over of the group? There were a lot of empty shelves and freezers as I walked around.
I would be very sad to lose this supermarket with its good range of items and reasonably priced fuel.

Val says we had heard it was becoming a Carrefour the same as the one nearest the school.
Malc says I had better get in and use my loyalty points.
